1. Hiddenite Email

Email is a store-and-forward protocol, so some metadata is unavoidable. Your mail server has to know where a message is going in order to deliver it. Here's exactly what that means:

• We do not scan the content of your emails for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than spam/malware filtering
• We do not sell or share mailbox data with third parties
• Standard mail transport logs (connection attempts, delivery status, spam filtering decisions) are retained briefly for deliverability and abuse prevention, then rotated out
• Mailboxes are provisioned on infrastructure we operate directly, not resold third-party mail hosting

2. Where your data is hosted

Email hosting currently runs from our UK region. EU, US, and Swiss regions are planned but not yet available. If a plan or page mentions a region as "coming soon," that's accurate: it isn't live yet. We'll update this page the moment additional regions go live.

3. Domains bought through us

If you register a domain through Hiddenite rather than bringing your own, registration and DNS are handled via Cloudflare Registrar. WHOIS privacy is enabled by default so your personal details aren't published in public WHOIS records.

4. Payments

All card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details on our own systems.

5. Upcoming services

VPN is in development and not yet publicly available. When it launches, we'll publish the same level of detail here before asking you to trust us with your traffic, including our logging policy specifically, not a generic "no logs" claim.
