From idea to
live product.

A Minimum Viable Product isn't a half-baked demo. It's the smallest thing that lets real users do the one thing your product exists to do. We build it in 6–8 weeks, ship it, and help you learn from it.

Most MVPs ship in 6–8 weeks from kick-off. Fixed price agreed before we start.

What we build

Six MVP types.
One trusted process.

Whether you're validating a SaaS idea, launching an AI-powered tool, or building the product that replaces your manual service, we've built MVPs across every category.

SaaS MVP

A focused, launchable SaaS product with core functionality, user auth, billing, and enough polish to convert your first paying customers, without building features nobody asked for.

Customer Portal / Client App

A web application your customers log into to access their data, manage their account, or interact with your service, built fast enough to prove the concept before committing to the full build.

AI-Powered MVP

A product with AI intelligence at its core: an LLM-powered assistant, a document processing tool, or an automation that replaces manual work. Real AI, real output, real validation.

API & Integration MVP

A focused API product or integration layer that connects your service to third-party platforms, built with documentation, authentication, and enough reliability to onboard beta partners.

Data & Analytics MVP

A data product that ingests, processes, and visualises information your customers care about. Dashboards, reports, and insights, built lean enough to test whether the market values it.

E-commerce MVP

A lean custom commerce experience for when off-the-shelf Shopify doesn't fit your model or you need tight control over the purchase flow, integrations, or pricing logic.

How we think about MVPs

Four principles that make
the difference.

Ruthless scope control

An MVP that ships is infinitely more valuable than a perfect product that doesn't. We challenge every feature request with 'what would we lose if we cut this?' and the answer is usually 'nothing.'

Real users from week one

We build with your beta users in mind from day one. Who is user number one? What's the one thing they need to do? That shapes everything: architecture, UI, and feature priority.

Built to extend, not rebuild

An MVP is a starting point, not a throwaway. We make architectural decisions that let you move fast now without creating a mess you'll be untangling in six months.

Ship in weeks, not months

Six to eight weeks from kick-off to a live, launchable product. Not a demo, a real application running on real infrastructure with real users able to sign up.

The 6–8 week process

What happens,
and when.

Five phases with clear outputs at each one. You know what's happening throughout: no black-box builds, no radio silence.

Start the conversation

Discovery & Scope Lock (Week 1)

Half-day workshop to define user personas, core user journeys, and the exact feature set. Scope locked, no surprises. Architecture decisions made and documented.

Design (Week 1–2)

High-fidelity Figma designs for every screen. Mobile-first, accessible, and aligned to your brand. Signed off before a line of code is written.

Build (Week 2–5)

Fortnightly check-ins with working features demoed live. You see real progress throughout, not a reveal at the end. Staging environment live from week two.

QA & Hardening (Week 5–6)

End-to-end testing, security review, performance check, and browser compatibility. Staging is the dress rehearsal, production launch is calm and planned.

Launch & Beta Onboarding (Week 6–8)

Production deployment, monitoring set up, and onboarding your first users. 30 days of post-launch support included, we're watching the logs alongside you.

Common questions

Everything you'd want to know before committing.

What exactly is included in an MVP?

+

That depends entirely on the product, which is why we scope-lock in week one. Typically: user authentication, core feature set (3–5 user journeys), basic admin, transactional emails, and production infrastructure. Billing integration if it's a SaaS. What's explicitly excluded is just as important as what's included.

Can the MVP grow into a full product?

+

Yes, and that's the whole point. We make architectural decisions that give you a clean path forward. The MVP codebase is the foundation of the real product, not something you throw away after validation.

What do I need to provide?

+

Your domain expertise and time to give feedback. We handle everything technical: architecture, design, build, testing, and deployment. The more available you are for quick feedback loops, the faster we move.

How much does an MVP cost?

+

Most MVPs fall in the £12,000–£28,000 range depending on scope and complexity. AI-powered MVPs are typically towards the higher end due to LLM integration and evaluation work. Every project gets a fixed-price proposal after the initial discovery call.

What happens after launch?

+

30 days of post-launch support is included. After that, we offer sprint-based retainers for iterating based on user feedback, typically two-week cycles focused on the highest-priority improvements from your early users.

Do you help with investor materials or pitches?

+

We don't do pitch decks, but a working, live MVP is the most compelling thing you can show investors. We've built products for founders who've gone on to raise pre-seed and seed rounds, happy to connect you with our network if relevant.

Got an idea? Let's scope it.

From idea to live product in 8 weeks.

A 30-minute discovery call is enough to scope the MVP, align on timeline, and give you a fixed-price quote. No obligation.
